Building towards personalized, preventive healthcare for everyone.
Complex care depends on seeing the whole patient picture. Yet clinically relevant information is often fragmented across intake forms, lab results, clinical notes, and the patient’s own story.
Founder story
Cairetech began with someone who had spent years searching for answers.
While living in Taiwan, I met an American who had navigated complex health problems before discovering functional medicine. He had just founded a venture studio in the space, and I became one of its first full-time employees.
I was skeptical at first. But studying systems biology, nutrition, genetics, and biochemical pathways — and later experiencing this approach to care myself — changed my perspective.
What convinced me wasn’t one treatment or theory. It was a different way of looking at health: not as isolated symptoms, but as an interconnected system.
Then I saw the bigger challenge: this kind of care is difficult to scale. Practitioners still have to manually connect large amounts of patient information, clinical experience, and scientific evidence — while stronger clinical evidence is needed to meet conventional standards.
That realization became Cairetech. We’re building the Clinical Intelligence Layer to make systems-based care more scalable and help generate the evidence needed to bridge personalized and conventional healthcare.
Because too many people are still searching for answers.

Mission
A clearer path to systems-based care
Healthcare is facing a growing burden of chronic disease, more patient data, and greater complexity than ever — yet care is still often organized around conditions and symptoms in isolation.
We believe the future is systems-based, personalized, and preventive: understanding the factors that shape health, how they connect, and what matters for the individual.
Cairetech is building the Clinical Intelligence Layer for personalized healthcare — connecting patient data with scientific evidence and helping practitioners see the whole patient story more clearly.
When clinicians spend less time searching and connecting data points, they have more time to think, ask better questions, and have more meaningful conversations with patients. And when patients better understand their health, they can take a more active role in their care.
Because everyone deserves to better understand their health — and the role they can play in changing it.
Today: personalized, systems-based care. Tomorrow: bringing that approach into primary care and beyond.
